question about exporting from DOORS to Word

When I want to export requirement from DOORS to Word, I choose "File" -> "Export" -> "Microsoft Office".
However, I find the option of "Word" is gray which means I cannot export to Word format.

Is there anyone could help? Thanks.

I have found that exporting to RTF works. Are you able to do Rich Text Format?

I want to export some attributes (such as ID, Object Type etc.) as well, but if I export to Rich Text Format, those attributes cannot be exported...

Have u tried to export ur module to html or excel ??
Word can read both of those formats
